Tell us a little bit about yourself...
I have over 13 years of experience in all facets of Global Alliances, Partnerships and Channel Sales in the SaaS space working for startup companies in the data, cloud, marketing and security ecosystems. Before embarking on my tech career, I was a successful public relations and marketing professional for a decade. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, I still resides in the NY Metro area with my family. I love to travel and spend time with friends and family around the globe.
Why did you join Women in Alliances?
I joined Women in Alliances because of the experience level of the members, the global reach and a immediate connection with the group. In addition, I love that it is not-for-profit with a focused mission on helping women in partnerships and alliances. I am amazed on a daily basis at the support of this community!
Can you introduce your chapter?
New York is one of the newer chapters of Women in Alliances supported with the help of Doreen Marchetti from WITI (Workforce, Innovation, Trust and Influence). Both of us bring decades of partnership experience and a strong local network of professionals. Stay tuned for more events and opportunities for connecting throughout the year!
Any last words to share with our members?
What attracted me to Women in Alliances was the caliber of the community - both in experience and willingness to support one another. It was the right level of time commitment for me. Also, because it is free to join, I find that the members are committed on a very personal, and individual basis. That is rare to find in partnership communities today which are most often driven by corporate sponsored memberships. If you have time and budget, I say join them all! If you have to pick and choose, I highly recommend WIA.
Our next NYC event date will be communicated soon, become a member to make sure you get the invitation!
