After reaching a key milestone last week and achieving over 1,000 members on our LinkedIn Group, we wanted to share a little bit more about our community. We discovered that our members are currently spread over 40 countries. Originally from the UK, we are now spread across all continents!
A Global Reach:
Our global reach is a reflection of the power of connectivity in the digital age. Our community is a melting pot of cultures, perspectives, and experiences. From large cities to remote areas, women from various backgrounds come together to share their stories, challenges, and successes. It creates a dynamic and enriching environment that transcends borders.
Breaking Barriers and Building Bridges:
Our goal is to break down barriers that often isolate women at work. We are providing a platform where members can communicate, collaborate, and support one another. The community acts as a bridge connecting women from different corners of the world. Whether discussing professional development, personal challenges, or celebrating achievements, we find a common ground and understanding, fostering a sense of unity through authenticity.
Professional Growth and Mentorship:
Beyond cultural exchange, we serve as a hub for professional growth and mentorship. Women in the community actively engage in mentorship programs, sharing insights and guidance across borders. This collaborative approach empowers women to overcome career challenges, pursue leadership roles, and break through glass ceilings. Applications for our 2024 mentorship program are still open, if you are insterested Apply here.
